Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
